Meet The Instructor
Ms. Dayna
I was that little girl who was constantly in motion, turning cartwheels, spinning, and dancing. In childhood photos, I’m the one striking a pose or doing a handstand. I turned that energy into a career of teaching dance, fitness, and yoga to kids - for nearly 30 years.
